Goal: To train the ESRs in writing successful proposals for research funding, and also to prepare for an academic and industrial life after the end of the project. Each researcher will create a basic proposal and his/her CV for real submission.

Activities: Hands-on training in proposal and CV writing and reviewing. Introductory lectures will be given at Workshop 4, followed by individual work. The supervisory board will take major responsibility for quality assurance, organisation, and feedback. Both academic and industrial partners will review the CVs.
